This fit and flare skirt features gold latex Roman Numeral appliques that form a clock face when flared out. The steampunk skater skirt looks fabulous as you walk and swishes as it elegantly shows off the numbers. A great skirt to wear with corsets or pirate blouses/shirts for steam punk events, photoshoots or just to look unique.
The latex is graded at 0.4mm.
