Opening Your Order

When you receive your parcel from Fetasia Latex please open it carefully. You don’t want to cut into it if you’re a bit handy with the old scissors. Dix has created a Latex Garment Care Sheet that you will receive with your order. If you still have any concerns  about looking after your latex outfit feel free to message us. Our details are on the Contact sub page if you lose the return address details.

Customs Fees

Basket totals do not include Customs/ VAT fees or handling charges for customers outside of the UK.
We aim to post out standard size orders within 5 weeks. For custom size orders please allow up to 42 days for delivery. If you are ordering for an event please enquire at least 6 weeks prior to it. Sometimes we can squeeze you in. However that is not always and we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary during sale periods depending on the volume of business.

All Fetasia Latex garments / accessories are delivered in plain parcels for the shy amongst you, and packaged carefully to ensure they are received in top condition.

Customer service is an important aspect of our company, and we appreciate any feedback. Payment can be made via the secure PayPal system which include credit and debit cards. This system carries the highest of security settings therefore we are confident that your payment details are secure. BACS are also accepted, please contact us for details.

 

 

Delivery Costs

Fetasia Latex offers free postage on all orders within the UK and Northern Ireland on all orders over  £500. This is irrespective of how much is ordered in the same parcel. Please message if you have a bulk order for over this amount so that we can create a private listing and a discount 🙂

International Orders

For International Orders please email / contact us (enquiries@fetasialatex.com) prior to ordering for a quote on postage costs if not already stated on the checkout form. This usually applies to commissioned pieces as we have set prices for trade from outside of the UK.

International (single or multiple items) will  be sent via Royal Mail 1st class International Mail.

For our International Orders we use postage that has a tracking number. Therefore we are able to trace parcels for confirmation of delivery.

Orders such as our latex dresses, skirts and tops will be sent out by 1st class recorded mail. This is usually within 15 working days of payment, subject to busy periods. Smaller items are post via normal first and second class Royal Mail service.

All our latex garments are packaged carefully pre-talced unless they are immediately required to wear. Please ensure that you read the enclosed care labels concerning cleaning prior to use.

Returns Options

If you feel the need to return any Fetasia Latex item this can be done within 30 days of deliver. Please send us an email (enquiries@fetasialatex.com) or message via the contact page details prior to posting.

We will endeavour to replace any accessories returned due to damage in transit with the same item or one of equal value / similar style, subject to availability.

Standard garments may only be returned in the event that you have changed your mind and in the condition they were received in, and unused / unworn with the original protective packing where possible. Any postage costs will not be refunded and a deduction will be made if we covered the initial postal outlay under our free postage plan.

Replacement

If a replacement is not required through change of mind, a refund will be made within 3 days via the form in which payment was received e.g. PayPal, or cheque . Damaged goods due to transit will be refunded at full cost, including postage. We will not accept returns of Fetasia Latex items that have been damaged by the purchaser.

If the item is returned and to be replaced with a different size / colour we will happily do so but we will charge standard 1st class postal costs.

Custom / bespoke latex clothing is non-returnable unless it is damaged or we are altering it to be returned to the purchaser.
